What we fix

Plumbing for every part of the house

If it carries water or takes it away, we can look at it.

  • A tank water heater with copper supply lines and a brass shutoff valve

    Water heaters

Repair and replacement. We carry the most common sizes on our trucks and in our warehouse, and we are repair specialists: we will not talk you into a replacement when a simple repair will do.

  • Brass and copper plumbing fittings sorted in a parts tray

    Plumbing repairs

Dripping faucets, plugged toilets, backed-up drains, low or high water pressure, frozen and broken pipes, and the unusual wet spot in your yard.

  • Twelve feet of tree roots pulled out of a customer's sewer pipe

    Sewers and drains

Pipe locator and sewer camera, hydro jetting, and sewer replacement, trenchless or traditional, chosen after we see what is in the ground.

And also

  • Water service lines

Repair or replace the pipe from the street to your house, often by boring under driveways and landscaping.

  • Remodel plumbing

Kitchen and bathroom plumbing, with fixtures we supply or the ones you bring.

  • Parts, new and vintage

A 6,000 sq ft warehouse of repair parts, including hard-to-find and antique fixtures.

How we advise

Straight answers before the work

  • Repair first

We are repair specialists. If a simple repair will do, we will not push an expensive replacement.

  • Seen in person

On sewer work we recommend a method only after seeing the soil, depth and pipe. Trenchless can suit water services; for sewers we have doubts, and we say why.

  • Honest parts

We prefer original manufacturer parts and send inferior knockoffs back to the factory.

  • No overtime charge

Evenings and Saturdays carry no overtime charge. No travel time is charged within Eugene, Springfield or River Rd Danebo.

Parts and fixtures

The part you cannot find, new or vintage

Skip the big-box aisles. Our 6,000 sq ft warehouse is stocked with plumbing repair parts, new and vintage. If we do not have it, we can probably order it, and decades of experience plus dozens of old catalogs and parts books help us identify unusual fixtures.
